We at Sylvan Road Capital, LLC (“SRC”, “we” or “us”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how personally identifiable information that SRC receives from you through the Web site at (hereinafter the “Site”) is processed, disclosed and used. This Privacy Policy only governs the Site and does not govern other Web sites or the off-line data collection, disclosure and usage practices of SRC, including information it receives from you other than through this Site.

Types and Reasons for Data Collection

Contact Information

Certain portions of our Site (such as the “Contact” page) may allow you to provide us with contact information (including but not limited to your name, phone number, physical address and email address) (“Contact Information”).  We use your Contact Information to solicit investments, use of our services and products, as well as for recordkeeping and to contact you when necessary in our sole discretion. We may also send you email messages using your Contact Information to respond to the email questions you submit to us. In the event you are a user of the Site through a corporate subscription, we use Contact Information for the benefit of and in such a manner as may be directed by your corporate subscriber.

User Name/Password

In order to access certain portions of our Site, you may need to use a user name and password. We have you use a password that is familiar to you.  We will use the user names and passwords to verify identities and for our internal use in maintaining your Site account. We also may transfer your name and password information as part of the log-on process to your Company’s computer systems.


We have counters on certain pages of the Site that record visits to the Site. The counter only records the fact of the visit to the particular page and in connection with such counters in doing so, the Site may or may not store your IP address or other information about you.


We are concerned with the security of the personal information which we have collected and have agreed not to disclose under this Privacy Policy. For such information we have put in place measures to prevent unauthorized access to that information. Change in Control

If we experience a “change in control” (defined below), we may amend our information practices as described in this Privacy Policy.  We will post on our Site’s home page a notice or a link to a notice which will describe how we will amend our Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to our amended Privacy Policy, you may contact us as described in this Privacy Policy and we will allow you to opt out of the proposed amendments to our Privacy Policy with respect to the information that we have previously collected from you.

“Change in control” means any of the following events:
